The relocation to the WTC Papendorp in Utrecht triggered UNIT4, the global provider of enterprise software, to have a closer look at the design of their office. With Jones Lang LaSalle Consultancy UNIT4 defined the program of requirements for their new office of 5 800 m².
Tétris realized in close cooperation with Jan des Bouvrie, the well-known Dutch interior designer, the new fit out including substantial constructional changes to the building. The major challenge in this project was to realize the fit out in a time period of 12 weeks, including design, during construction holidays. Tétris carried out the works in general contractor mode.

Tétris created a light and airy working environment true to the AIG brand. By introducing a splash of colour with strategically placed private huddle rooms and collaboration areas, this entirely open plan office is separated into defined departmental neighbourhoods. The central barista coffee area forms the heart of the office, with the working areas and client meetings rooms radiating from it.
